1. THE RESURRECTION [Next] [Top]

Prayer:

O Dear Mary, please pray to God for me that I might

grow in faith and understanding of the truth revealed

by the Word of God./

Amen.

Our Father

For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son,/

so that everyone that believes in him might not perish

but might have eternal life.

(JN 3:16)

Hail Mary

In all circumstances, hold faith as a shield,/

to quench all [the] flaming arrows of the evil one.

(EPH 6:16)

Hail Mary

The Lord looks down from heaven

upon the children of men,/

to see if there be one who is wise

and seeks God.

(PS 14:2)

Hail Mary

But without faith it is impossible to please him,/

for anyone who approaches God must believe that he exists

and that he rewards those who seek him.

(HEB 11:6)

Hail Mary

For by grace you have been saved through faith,/

and this is not from you; it is the gift of God.

(EPH 2:8)

Hail Mary

For you, O Lord, bless the just man;/

you surround him with the shield of your good will.

(PS 5:13)

Hail Mary

When you look for me, you will find me./

Yes, when you seek me with all your heart, you will find

me with you, says the Lord.

(JER 29:13-14)

Hail Mary

The favors of the Lord are not

exhausted,

his mercies are not spent;/

They are renewed each morning,

so great is his faithfulness.

(LAM 3:22-23)

Hail Mary

Hear, O Lord, the sound of my call;

have pity on me, and answer me./

Of you my heart speaks; you my

glance seeks;

your presence, O Lord, I seek.

(PS 27:7-8)

Hail Mary

Do not let your hearts be troubled./

You have faith in God; have faith also in me.

(JN 14:1)

Hail Mary

from those who walk in sincerity.

(PS 16:11)

who dwells in Jerusalem.

(PS 135:19-21)

Hail Mary

Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,/

whose hope is the Lord.

(JER 17:7)

Hail Mary

For you are my hope, O Lord;

my trust, O God, from my youth./

On you I depend from birth;

from my mother's womb you are

my strength;

constant has been my hope in you.

(PS 71:5-6)

CONCLUDING PRAYERS [Prev] [Next] [Top]

HAIL HOLY QUEEN

Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our

hope! To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve; to thee do

we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears.

Turn then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us;

and after this our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy

womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary!

P. Pray for us, O holy Mother of God.

R. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

SIGN OF THE CROSS

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit./

Amen.
